An amiable owl assemblage made from embossed copper sheet with a pretty china breast and mother of pearl button eyes, he has talons of coiled brass and a gold leaf beak. He is finished in crystalline verdigris and sits on a genuine old iron key with ceramic flowers. He is 65mm from ear to talon and comes in a gift box with a signed booklet.
My first rusty keys I found in our old barn hooked up on a nail amongst the cobwebs, also home to a small family of long eared owls looking for a dry beam to perch on.
