This festive robin wreath is mounted on a steel ring 175mm diameter, bound in calico strips with Birch twigs sewn on, then painted gold. It is decorated with embossed and soldered verdigris copper and brass leaves, mother of pearl effect flowers and decorative charms. Perched in the branches are two gorgeous copper robins with wings fashioned from old china fragments.

In December 2018, I was lucky enough to appear on ‘Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas’ television programme, Channel 4. I was entered for the Christmas Wreath Competition and I won! I had such an amazing response from the people over my wreath that I thought I would create some smaller seasonal wreaths.
