That thrush so high up on the tree- Framed Assemblage

This hand sculpted flying thrush is made from paper clay then painted with watercolours. He is flying with a sprig of brass leaves in his beak across a meadow of seed heads and handmade flowers with verdigris copper leaves, all mounted on an old fragment of Royal Doulton china. It is displayed in a cream contemporary style open grain wooden box frame 280mm x 280mm. This is a beastie original so the photographs represent exactly the finished piece.
